Booking an event at Casa Loma assures you the exclusive use of all three function rooms on the main floor.

The Great Hall, the Library, and the Conservatory each have a unique charm and architectural design, providing an atmosphere unrivalled by any other facility in the city.

The elegance of Casa Loma begins in the Great Hall, with its impressive 60-foot high oak beamed ceiling and 40-foot bay window.

Adjacent to the Great Hall is the Library. Warm wood paneling, an ornately-plastered ceiling and an intricately patterned oak floor make the Library an inviting and attractive room for a variety of dinners and/or dances, receptions and meetings.

The Conservatory captures the beauty of the Mediterranean courtyard, with marble floors and ferneries filled with lush green plants. The room is lined with large gothic-style leaded windows and the focal point is an Italian stained glass dome in the ceiling. In addition to dinners and receptions, the Conservatory is the perfect setting for wedding ceremonies.

All three rooms combined including the outside terrace (May 1 - October 31), weather and restoration work permitting, have a maximum capacity of 1,500 for a stand-up reception.

Additional charges may apply when special requirements are requested and/or the function is held on a statutory holiday.

The rental fee includes the use of our existing tables and chairs for dinner functions.

Wedding Ceremonies:
In addition to your reception, we are pleased to hold evening wedding ceremonies in our Conservatory. An additional rehearsal and set-up fee of $395.00 will apply. Wedding Ceremonies in the Conservatory seat up to 180 persons. Morning ceremonies may also be booked in the Conservatory. (Must conclude by 9:30 a.m.)

Castle Viewing
Should you wish the 2^nd and 3^rd floors to be accessible to your guests to view during cocktails, there would be an additional surcharge fee of $3.75 per person applicable. To be arranged with the Casa Loma Catering Department prior to the function.

Table Lanterns
Table lanterns are available for rental at $5.50 per lantern. To be arranged with the Casa Loma Catering Department prior to the date of the function.

Casa Loma does not permit the use of any open flames (including votive candles and tea lights), dry ice or smoke machines

Piano
Casa Loma's baby grand piano is available for rental at $55.00.  To be arranged with the Casa Loma Catering Department prior to the date of the function.

Ramp
Wheelchair Ramp is available for the Conservatory upon request. Must be reserved in advance.

Bridal Change Room and Safe
A Bridal Change Room is located on the main floor. Contact the Casa Loma Catering Department for further information. Use of the Bridal Change Room is to be arranged with the Casa Loma Catering Department prior to the date of the function. A complimentary safe is available in the Bridal Change Room (security deposit applicable), to be arranged with the Casa Loma Catering Department prior to the date of the function.
