Private Guided Tour of the Casa Loma Estate!
Experience the turn-of-the-century elegance of Casa Loma with a personally guided tour. Learn about the history, architecture, decorative arts and the ongoing restoration program of this unique Toronto landmark with the knowledgeable staff as they take you through Toronto's "house on the hill".
Constructed between 1911-1914 by renowned Toronto architect E. J. Lennox, Casa Loma was born out of the Romantic imagination of Sir Henry Mill Pellatt, a prominent Canadian financier, industrialist and military officer. Toronto's famous castle is situated within five acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and features 98 rooms, antique furnishings, stained glass, elaborately carved wood detailing and an 800 foot tunnel which connects the house to an equally grand stable, once home to Sir Henry Pellatt's beloved horses.
