Accessibility at Casa Loma
Visit Canada's Majestic Castle, Casa Loma and step back in time to a period of European elegance and splendour. The former home of Canadian financier Sir Henry Pellatt, Canada's foremost castle is complete with decorated suites, secret passages, an 800-foot tunnel, towers, stables, and beautiful 5-acre estate gardens (open May through October). A multimedia audio tour in 8 languages (English, French, Japanese, German, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin and Korean) is available and included in admission.

Adults (18-59) $18.19 plus HST
Seniors (60+) $12.95 plus HST
Youth (14-17) $12.95 plus HST
Children (4-13) $10.02 plus HST
Parking Rates $2.75/hour, maximum charge of $8.25
- Persons with special needs pay regular admission price, escort(s) are admitted for free.
- Service animals are welcome in Casa Loma and Casa Loma gardens.
The Building
- Casa Loma’s entrance is located on Austin Terrace. The main door is wheelchair accessible. The wheelchair ramp has a handrail.
- Taxis and special needs vehicles may drop off visitors in the East Parking Lot.
- There are two wheelchair accessible parking spots located in the West Parking Lot.
- The Box Office is located to your right in the front vestibule of Casa Loma.
- A limited number of wheelchairs are available free of charge.
- All exhibit rooms on the first, second and third floor are wheelchair accessible. The only exemption is the Queen’s Own Rifles Room: Pellatt Room located on the third floor.
- There is one small heritage elevator in Casa Loma that is staff operated.
- The basement, second and third floor of Casa Loma are accessible by elevator. The 800-foot tunnel that leads to the Carriage Room, Potting Shed and Stables has stairs. The Scottish and Norman Towers have spiral staircases.
- The lower garden terrace of Casa Loma is accessible from the main floor.
- Accessible washrooms are located on the main floor.
- Self-guided multimedia tours are available in American Sign Language. Written transcripts of the Sir Henry Pellatt documentary are available for persons with hearing loss.
- Visually Impaired tours are available in English and French.
